Mulkey clearly still rusty, especially on offense. But she legitimately makes teams change their entire gameplans. You just can't play inside when she's on the court unless you have a big who can shoot.

She needs to take her time.Twice she got a pass down low and rushed the shot...but I imagine after a rear and a half she doesn’t quite feel the flow of the game.
I think we are seeing the team we expected coming into the season. Rice leads 37-8 with 3 mins left in 1st half. Still some easy misses buy defense had been great.
SMU is ice cold. They're doing some things right, but missing open shots.
This is a decent SMU team. Lost to #51 TCU by 2. Lost to #82 Alabama by 1 in OT. Gotta keep the foot on the gas.
40-16 is pretty dominant. A 20-point plus win would be great - and go a long way in helping CUSA's post-season tournament chances (only because SMU is in the same conference as UConn).

Offensively we quit attacking that quarter and have let them press us.
Mulkey has five blocks so far. Not a good idea to try to shoot over her, as it turns out.
