Seem like a decent hire, although he has not stayed anywhere very long.
This is actually a pretty good hire for BG. Will have to see what he can do with their program, but I'm sure their fans actually feel some promise out of this year. Jinks seemed like a bad hire with a guy with little experience. Scot has some pretty good experiences and ties to the state of Michigan and the MAC.
Ready to carry the torch of losing to the Rockets for yet another year.
Be interesting to see what his salary will be and what he can do for a staff. Certainly appears to have been exposed to a TON of FB from all over the place. Like Coach Candle, he'll be learning to be a head coach on their time at BGSU. Go Rockets!

I believe they said on TV $550k and a 5 year contract.
If he beats Toledo, they throw on a 5 year lease on an International Harvester.
