...by the San Antonio Commanders. Season starts in February.
The league is called The Alliance of American Football. Brand new league. This news definitely caught me off guard when I first read it. Thought Woodside had a promising future in the NFL. Looks like I’ll be following the AAF after all. Go Commanders!
I'll be watching too just like I did the USFL. Good deal for Logan.
No kickoffs, two point conversions, less TV Time outs. I read up on it. Sounds like they have some credible backers/personnel/coaches. Should be interesting.

After the 2018 draft it looked like he may have an opportunity but since then he has been dropped by both the Bengals and Titans. AAF is intended as a development league for the NFL so if Woodside is not signed to a roster at end of this NFL season, AAF may be best way for him to keep playing and perhaps get another look from the NFL. BTW he was 3rd rd QB drafted by San Antonio (league had QB draft of 4 rds which each team picking 4 QBs)
I’m not sure where he got it from but my Grandson says Logan is listed as the starter
Checking the roster, I see that Jayrone Elliot is also on the team.
