Rest in peace to our beat writer. Don't know any details.
Damn...

So sorry to hear this. He was a good man.

Rest in Peace.
Wow. He covered the basketball game Monday night. Guessing this was an accident or sudden serious health episode.
Rest in Peace. So sad.
Rest in peace, Tom.
Thoughts and prayers to his family. Losing a loved one is never easy, but has to be double-tough on Thanksgiving.
You never know the battles someone faces...just remember to always stretch out a helping hand if you can, just because someone isn't reaching out doesn't mean that they don't need it.

Do we know what happened?
Thoughts and prayers to his family and friends. Will be missed. RIP Tom!
I always thought Tom's coverage and writing were rock solid. My condolences to his family on his untimely passing.
Nice moment of silence in Groeschen's memory today at the football game.

That's not what the incognito tab is for ...

So true. Thanks for the reminder.
Many people without food, even in our town.
Others fighting other battles.

RIP Tom

I thought we had Food Stamps and Food Bank?
So what is the deal? Did he he kill himself?

Very puzzling. No mention of cause of death in any of the articles or even in the obituary.
I saw some mention of "you never know what someone is going through".
