Transferred from Baltimore. 7-foot-4 junior. His coach says the Sky is the Limit for him.

Plays with Tiger recruit Matthew Murrell, #2 TN Player Class of 2020.
Can this Dude bust a 3 foot J
That’s what I’m wondering
Here is a video on him. How can players like this continue to end up in MEMPHIS? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZCakMeCMWkA
He would be the tallest Tiger ever

That's what they said about Vanover.
Get him in a conditioning program and have him running the floor like Ralph Sampson
He's dripping with potential to be a dominating factor, like his coach said he needs to work at his game to get where he wants to be.
Highlight reel being the caveat, It was hard to see if he was more the lumbering type of big or if he has enough athleticism that can be honed. 7’4” for sure can’t be taught tho.
He appeared to be more of a lumberer, dragging his weight as opposed to carrying it in a smooth stride. Better conditioning and strength might improve that if the kid works on it.
Remember Sam Edwards?

No, 7 footer from Memphis that a lot on here wanted Memphis to sign

Couldn't play dead in a western movie
I don’t remember the player but I remember your description of him. Classic.

just read that thread from 6 years ago. Hope this thread doesn't last as long as that one.
He's got a strange shot, isn't quick, has no footwork whatsoever, and appears to either dog it or is just out of shape/stiff as a mummy.

But he's 7'4 and isn't rail thin.

Does not look like high level D1 talent to me.

At this point in time.
He’s much further along than Marc Gasol was at that age.
