It's been a wipeout. 500 yards to 200 yards, 25 first downs to 7.
Ohio just punted for the first time, with 40 seconds left in the 3rd quarter. They had scored on all their other possessions.

Really a shame we lost 2 MAC games on the road, one by 3 points (NIU) and another by 2 (Miami) which were in our reach.
Of course we led the entire game against UC until the very end too but dropped that one by 4...

Well, you somehow have managed to drop 4 games this year so let's not get carried away, and i bet a few of your wins were close too. And the betting lines i saw for this game were more like 2 points not 5.
But tonight was a smashing performance. I watched the whole game because this forum has been annoyed by Buffalo hype the last couple weeks so i wanted to see what the fuss was about.

I dunno but I think Ohio could definitely take NW if at home.
Ohio was the run away pick to win this conference this year which some people forget.

7-4 and only 1 win was contested against Kent State.
Controlled Howard and UMass, averaged 48 points in those two games.
Crushed Bowling Green, Western Michigan, Ball St and Buffalo like a bug, averaging 53 points in those.
Led NIU 21-9 but gave it away with 3 turnovers on the road.
Lost 28-30 to Miami but missed a FG in the second half and a 4th quarter safety.
Same as 2017, Ohio is the boogeyman of the MAC.

Really? They both have 4 losses, but NW has played the #4 schedule so far while Ohio has played the #116 schedule.
I know two of NW's losses are to Notre Dame and Michigan. I doubt Ohio has lost to anyone near that good. Did they play Ohio State?

Having watched both teams quite a bit, highly doubtful. Just 2 weeks ago, NW was 8.5 pt dog to Notre Dame. 2 of their 4 losses were to top 4 teams, both of which were decided in the final minutes. Wins over Wisconsin, Purdue, Iowa, & MSU.
NW lost to Akron by 5, but Akron had 3 Pick-6’s that game. The odds of replicating that are slim.
