Buffalo doing their Bronco impression tonight. Ohio up 38-10 in the third quarter. The Bulls' O have been a turnover machine and their defense a sieve.

Miami up 3-0 on NIU, close to halftime. If Miami somehow wins, I'm not going to automatically assume that storyline would've been exactly the same had we beat BSU. Quite possible NIU on some subconscious level is "relaxing and chilling" a bit.

I love NIU's defense though.
If Miami wins, this is all on Lester for not firing Daoust prior to last nights game. We would have had a chance to play for the MAC west title
Ohio 52 Buffalo 17

NIU 7 Miami 3

Looks like Solich is finally going to get his MAC Championship.

How on earth did we beat Miami?

Any given Saturday, baby!
Miami’s gonna beat NIU 13-7

What could have been Tim if you would have fired Daoust after Ohio....
Anyone else feel sick to their stomach again besides me? A chance for the MAC West and all we needed was a pulse last night. Gahhhh!
NIUs offense is horrible but maybe our new DC will surprise us next week and we will hold them to 35 points instead of 56
Miami wins. 07-coffee3

NIU fans are feeling the same sickness on their board as well

Yeah, but at least they’ll be sick in Detroit on Nov 30th
Stings knowing that next week's game could've been meaningful. But it's entirely possible NIU comes into the Miami game with a different mindset if they hadn't clinched yet.
These are actual quotes from fans of a team that's 6-1 in the MAC (soon to be 7-1) and heading to the MACC.

"No surprise as we have gutless head coach"

"There is a reason why Carey has not been taken away by a bigger program. Now we are stuck with him for how many more years?"

"This is not a good, well-coached team."

"We want a change because we see the program is going in the wrong direction."

The MACC game billboard is up on I-94 near me on the east side, what a kick in the dick.
We still won't beat NIU, nor would we have this year regardless. Defense has certainly been our biggest issue this season, but not the only issue. Lester is neither a good leader, motivator, football philosopher, or game manager. He is a good guy who was a great QB. Not a good HC.this will be a long 4-5 year era at WMU.

Well their fans have expectations, and they probably have a right to. They've been good for a while now.
