Too bad the Tulane game was another that got away a 2-0 home game stand would make me feel better about the road game.

Memphis has been a different team in the rain, they've also struggled on the road. Too bad they are at home vs Tulsa and the weather is suppose to be dry if cold. The cold could affect the QB still and players dealing with nagging injuries.

Tulsa has injury issues of their own as both President (career ending) and Skipper (season ending) had surgery for injuries this week.

Boomer seemed to find his groove and we decided to run down hill for big yards against UConn. Memphis has struggled on defense so it will be interesting to see if the offense can keep clicking. This game may be decided by crucial defensive stops barring turn overs. Tulsa has done better at both turn overs and penalties would be nice to see that continue.

Unfortunately I feel like we lose another close one.
We lost, it wasn't a close one. I don't know how I feel about it. We still seem to make some questionable program decisions and Monty still struggles with game management.

This isn't Tulsa football either as we aren't attempting much of a pass game and unlike the Cooper and to some extent Kragthorpe days we are not winning enough with the run base to keep fans happy.

Tough year continues and Tulsa is struggling.
