I thought Rice did a great job with our 50th. Enjoyed seeing and hearing from old acquaintances. Wish more had come.
Nice job with the $7+ Million fund raising effort. Set a pretty high bar for us to beat in 10 years!!!

Second time I have skipped a 50th year reunion.

before you old guys pull out your slide rule, the other was my HS 50th, held about two miles from my house.

Just remember that for the Golden reunion, ALL gifts to Rice (not just the Annual Fund) count toward the reunion total. That means all scholarships, endowments, Owl Club and SID gifts, et al. It may also include gifts pledged in estate planning and wills. We did set the record this year for a non-Golden reunion gift, bringing in $1,073,000 and still counting.
