It's as creepy as every other human-ish mascot. So, way less horrible than the previous guy. Though I still say they should just have a dude wearing armor. All people-based teams' mascots should be like that.

How about we change them to the "diamond diggers" and be done with it. We already have a TroJan running this league. JK haha

They created it because they were getting complaints from parents that the actual human mascot scared their children...true story.

UALR Trojan's mascot is named Maximus. Do they know that's Latin?

They found a Troy mascot head at goodwill?

That real one kinda scares me, I know it would scare my kid!

But why did they have to go all the way to the one in that link. And is that a girl in the costume? That walk doesn't exude any MAX power.
