Not any real surprises. UCF faces the non-P5 ceiling and drops a spot. Interestingly 26-31 are all G5 schools. So it seems likely next week that a 3rd or 4th G5 school moves into the top 25 after currently ranked teams lose.
Nothing screams fraud more then tOSU still being in the top 10 after that beat down from a 3-3 Purdue team. 03-lmfao
Still think OSU controls their own destiny. OU doesn't. It will probably come down to margin of victory the last couple weeks if we go to a tie breaker between those two for #4.
it starts getting hard now...

only 3 P5 teams with 0 losses
only 12 with 1 loss
only 15 with 2 losses

so only 30 p5 teams with 0-2 losses.

only 7 unranked teams with 2 or fewer losses from P5
Boston Colege
Syracuse
Va Tech
Virginia
Duke
Texas Tech
Colorado

If it cones down to the margin of victory- how in the hell does Ohio St control their own destiny and Oklahoma doesn't????
It’s been an odd year for the polls.

It’s an odd mix and match with some very overranked squads.
Feels like I traveled back in time seeing Texas in the top 10

I disagree. OSU nows has a really bad loss, embarrassing, like vs Iowa last year. OU has a much more respectable loss.

If it comes down to OSU vs OU, I think OU gets the nod. OSU needs for Texas, who has that bad loss to Maryland, to win the Big 12.

Ohio State is #10 in the MC so far, so not that far off in terms of human bias.

Michigan will beat their lights out anyway, so it will not be an issue. The Buckeyes were totally exposed. In what world does an OSU QB throw the ball 73 times?

Meyer is a better coach than Harbaugh and OSU still has more talent. I think OSU beats Michigan, let's say 27 - 14.

How many other 1 loss teams are there? Its a reflection of the competition.

Michigan has a good defense, but only a solid offense. They may beat the pants off Rutgers, but not anyone else left on their schedule. The other 3 games are likely to be 17-14 affairs either way.

Bad losses can be mitigated by eye opening wins. If they go in there and put up a number on UM and say Iowa, while OU wins 48-41 against a UT, you have to wonder.

OU has WVU and the Big 12 ccg ahead. Iowa really doesn't impress many people.
But I love how everyone is ignoring Texas who is all alone in first in the Big 12. It will be tough to win out, but UT already has TCU and OU behind them.

Iowa is a good win. Top 20 ranking...wow
Are they ignoring them? With the fact that the Big12-2 plays every team, playing a team twice is not an easy thing to do. Having to play Oklahoma in the CG again would be very difficult.

Maryland

In September. Having the loss then works in their favor. Now if they had that bad of a loss in November, it would be another issue.
