Beginning Friday night continuing through Sunday night Earth will be passing through remnants from Haley's Comet. Peak time for the Orionid Meteor shower will be Sunday night. Memphis is just inside the "fair viewing zone." Looks like the "good zone" begins about 35 to 40 miles north and east of Memphis. There is to be a full moon on Sunday so it will be hard to see much around Memphis unless you go to someplace like the Shelby Farms area with wide open view of the sky. Should be about 25 to 30 per hour.
