Disappointed with the crowd size. Looks like 15,000 give or take. I know the weather is not good but a notable opponent after last week should have increased the demand.

Good defense followed by good offense is a good strategy.
The last series before half was bad offensively and then defensively.
Drops are killing us. Calvert started slow but seemed to get hot after a bit. Offense is moving the ball but the turnover was costly. Defense generally tightened up after the first two drives by North Texas. We could be alright if the D stays solid and the offense gets back into rhythm.

I'm done for the night. The team looks like they are completely overwhelmed. I blame player execution more than game plan so I don't really think it's specifically Gill's fault but it is his team and he should be held responsible for the state of the program.

The punting and kicking game, even with injuries, is the worst I can remember. It's sad they are so bad with other parts of the team are very good and good.
The biggest disappointment is how LU played when they were down. No energy, no emotion, no passion. And that goes back to coaching. Coaches cannot execute the plays for the players but they can and should lead, motivate and challenge these young men to play the whole game. An embarassing game for LU.

And this North Texas team is a very good, well balanced team. One can see how they beat Arkansas at Arkansas.
