Defense either gets 3 and out or looks completely lost. Really concerning.
Offense doesn’t seem in sync at all. For some reason we don’t use the middle of the field at all in the passing game.
All in all probably lucky to be up 11.

I’ll take it though. I think Nevada is a top-half MAC team for sure so this is a good test.

Yep, way too many stupid plays. Fresno is a well functioning team on both sides of the ball and special teams too. Rockets, however, are making Nevada a one dimensional team. Good experience for the secondary - they will be very busy next week in Fresno.
As I thought, Mitch would be an important part of the run game given Nevada has not faced a dual threat QB this season. Certainly not the last year in Reno.

Really don’t know how Taafe even gets on the field. He is a huge liability. Guess where most plays are going to be targeted by Nevada the rest of the way...
