3 more times? Nevada should be a good crowd considering students had fun and in general there is lots of optimism around our program. BG will be full of course. UB may come in undefeated or close in week 7...

I say 24,200 Nevada
27,500 BG
25,100 UB
21,000 BSU
14,600 CMU
With exception to BG and CMU, those numbers are way optimistic

Coming off a MAC championship with the most season tickets bought in over a decade??? We had over 24,000 for VMI!
VMI 24,136+UM 28,117=52,253
Elon 22,104+Tulsa 24,239=46,343.

Got to fight for those attendance numbers. Nevada is a CBSSN 12:00 PM game. Need the Glass Bowl looking good.
If we can’t put 25,000+ in the GB for a late Sept. game, shame on the city and the students for lack of support ...
I can already feel the hangover from Saturday, crowd wise, just hope the football team doesn't feel it too.

I didn’t realize we had 24k for VMI. I’m expecting 20-21 Saturday
26,126 For Nevada
How many of the tickets were already bought by Miami fans? Kept hearing they were buying the entire season tickets under the Game Plan (or whatever it is called) because they were cheaper than buying tickets in Miami. Not sure I believe it, but it would be good to have ticket sales for all home games this season if they did.

Ticket office said there was very little of that as far as they could tell. At least they got few season ticket requests from Florida. No way to know about how many U of M fans in other states might have purchased them but the bulk were from this area.

Well in the UT season ticket section I was in there were perhaps 10-20% U Miami fans (most in full UMiami gear), although I have no doubt few if any were from Miami, I suspect many were local and regional fans of Miami only here for that one game, not likely UT fans who will be back this season. Plus students can be fickle fans, so given both factors resulting in drop of attendance, 25,000 for this weekends home game would be impressive if obtained, I just don't trust students and local fans to attend in large numbers.

Weather looks perfect so far.
I love day football

doubt that number very much, more likely 23-25,000 and could be less, you are expecting too much from local college football fans

23,000-24,000 would still be a very good crowd. But of course they will be seeing some great Rocket FB.
23,675 not bad.
Looked more like 15K in the stands on TV.
rounding the upper deck on the visitor side and putting a small upperdeck behind the south end zone would make it look more full/ get it legally above 30k in the stands without the dang fire marshall crying

i remember in one of the biggest games capacity wise, they had bleachers lining the retaining walls behind both sidelines

If you take into consideration the 800-1000 in the press tower and the 200-300 that stand in the concourses and never go to their seats, I believe the 23,675 number was legitimate...

I have photos at the end of the 1st quarter. That number is correct. We miss the Miami fans....
