Win lose or draw, the blazers are going to earn their scholarships today just standing on the sidelines in this heat and sun.
Here we go. Blazers get the ball first.
Did someone forget to feed the Facebook hamster? Completely frozen.
Their kicker Charlie browned the kickoff, it went out of bounds after 4 bounces at the 25.
Really surprised Tulane starting out playing 2 deep. We made the first drive look easy. 7-0 blazers after an AJ keeper.
Way to get off the field defense!
Block in the back canceled out a 70 yard punt return. We take over on the 4 yard line. H
Nice pass by AJ. 45 yard fade route to get us to midfield
Rashard Cook just had the block of the season Pulled around and sent an LB flying 5 yards through the air.
Sigh. INT in the end zone stopped a great drive.
On D we are playing straight man and daring Tulane to beat us.
If we're gonna have freshman mistakes, I'd rather see a freshman (RS) making them. Put Johnston in.
So far AJ has 2 incompletions. The INT in the end zone and a blatant pass interference that wasn’t called.
Tulane has started blitzing a lot more. It’s what I expected coming in based on how they played Wake. AJ did a great job making a hot read and getting the ball out on the last one. But he’s starting to get hit a lot.

Last week, and last season, happened. Seen enough to want some competition at that position.
Johnston with the QB counter on 4th and 1 to take it to the 6
Johnston stayed in the game and handed it off to Brown for the TD two plays later. 14-0 good guys.
Thanks, Coach.

Not saying permanently bench AJ but mistakes like that INT can't happen if you're gonna be a good team. It might have been pre-planned but AJ earned the spot on the sideline.
Lack of cameras just cost us onthat play. Looked like their receiver bounced that off the ground for the catch, but neither of the cameras had a good look.
Tulane used the momentum from that long pass to fuel a nice drive, 14-7
