So, you are a TIGER FAN from out of town. You are going to a football game at the LB. What is your PLAN? One might think, find a parking space, and go grab a seat and wait for the game to start. Others would say...NO...park in (recommended space), then walk through TIGER LANE and watch the team TIGER WALK, visit TOM...then go to (place),etc, etc. So, the question I am presenting is....what do you think is the PERFECT TIGER GAME EXPERIENCE. And if post game it is going to a specific bar on BEALE STREET or someplace else...include that also.
Tiger Walk with my granddaughters. Look at TOM. Let them play in the bouncy houses, see the cheerleaders. Run into friends. Eat at the Alumni tent. Be in my seat in time to see the pregame hoopla, and yell when my team takes the field. And of course, WIN THE GAME! As good as it gets....

21-17 Best Time I Ever Had
Mine is kinda a combo of what you listed. I like to get down there early enough to find a good parking spot(park at the board of education, let me know if y’all have a better spot), walk around tiger lane for a bit and grab a pic with the cheerleaders if I can(not every game but at least the first game of the year), buy a game program, watch the OL/DL warmups when I get to my seat, then enjoy the game.

I have parked on a side street across Parkway to the west of Tiger Lane in Cooper Young for years. There are officers to help you cross Parkway and there are always spots if you get there in time for the Tiger Walk. So many people park there that it feels quite safe returning to your car. Free, and never had my car messed with.
Avoid S. Hollywood parking at all costs, unless you are arriving to enter at minimum one hour early, and committed to exit at minimum one hour early.

It's only one-way traffic pre parking this season. Park is shut off from turning right onto S. Hollywood.
Post-game egress is the same as always. It's always been a Clown Show trying to park along that Street and exit.

Stick with Parking plan exit plans among Central and E. Parkway as much as possible, if staying through the end and parking immediately around the stadium.

S. Hollywood Traffic Management operates and functions as effectively and efficiently as managing a Kindergarten Class on a Sugar High.

Armed Militia are also a beautiful sight to behold surrounding the Liberty Bowl on the residential streets. They will protect your property for you as if their lives depend on it. If you park on their property? God Bless America will they defend it.
Perfect game day experience?

Tigers win 62-0
Auld miss loses
UTay loses

Nuff said
They probably would delete mine if I posted it, but it would require being at the top of the stadium, or the bathroom, or the parking lot. Depending on who I was with, it might actually cause me to miss the game. That's why it includes setting the DVR before I leave home.
Watching the opposing fans leave in the 3rd quarter
No rain, sunny, mid 50s temp. We win playing a ranked opponent, we do it on TV with a large crowd.

I forgot to add going to the bathroom and NOT finding oldmangrizz scrapbooking. 04-cheers
50,000 plus at the game. Folks, we are entering a new era for Tiger football, what I have waited on for nearly 60 years.

Not sure the media drummed up the season enough.. This will be the year to see what Coach Norvell can do..

Go tigers.
A WIN
The pregame experience, on the field performance, and facilities have gotten better and BETTER each year. Personally, I would like to see a "Game Day" position be created at the UoM to "teach the students and fans" how and when to cheer. Few thoughts:
1) Move the student section and band to a better location.
2) Name that area "The Jungle"; Incorporate the song, "Welcome to the Jungle" into our music selection.
3) Create some new cheers and traditions based on a) certain time during the game ie 4th quarter (think about the 7th inning stretch in baseball) b) game situations (ie all fans jingle their car keys on a 3rd and long..."it's a key play" c) get the announcer involved and coordinate with the cheerleaders to guide the fans what to do (this happens at all major programs in pro/college) and d) student specific cheers (have always loved how the Notre Dame students do pushups in the air or the irish jig).
Anytime it doesn't rain, sleet, lighting, or snow. Also it is better if we win!
Ouch, skeet sounds painful. 03-wink Go Tigers!
I'm curious what blockparty will look like. I may just have to walk the perimeter and observe.
Tigers 21, UT 17
Tigers 37, Ole Piss 24

I've already had my "Best Game Day Experiences."

The rest of it's gravy.
