Could you explain why the ratio matters to you in regards to MTSU? Is it that there should be some sort of age based Title IX policy that says for every 18-22 year old you have on campus, you can only have one 35-40 year old working adult, or military personnel, seeking education online?

Furthermore, LU has always wanted education to be affordable and accessible to the average person which is why their online degrees do so well. You’re only upset about something you don’t understand.

I think the point, however, is that it lists 9,360 for 24 hours. That's 390 an hour, which would still be 47k for a 120 hour bachelor degree. You can't discount pell grant, because not everyone gets it, and someone still pays it...the tax payer. I happen to agree it's too expensive, but it's not a Liberty problem, just an overall education problem. ODU charges 389 an hour for their online out of state tuition, MTSU charges 542.

Yea degrees aren’t cheap but LU makes them affordable through discounts on top of aid. They offer all kinds of discounts. Alumni, military, teachers etc. so that’s how they make it a bit more affordable. My point on all that first post though was about the gap between online and residential.
