Wow... Looks like he switched to the right Tigers. Glad to have him!

Looks like he will be an academic redshirt, and can't play until next year.

Would love to also add DT Coynis Miller, who sounds like a late qualifier.

He actually enrolled at Auburn on August 1st. Oladele didn't ever enroll at Auburn, and was cleared to enroll here (and play in 2019).
He is cleared to practice right? But then start next fall? This one is confusing.

"In July, Oladele made the decision to not enroll at Auburn. The Nigerian native did not complete his senior season in high school due to problems with his visa and had to wait on the NCAA Clearinghouse to make a ruling on his academic eligibility."

Hmm. Interesting. Saw they're gonna try to get him eligible but with the NCAA who knows...
I like taking a 4* crumb from Auburn each year. He'll be a great pass rusher for us in 2019!
Welcome to the interior D-line.
GR8 post>>>> 6’4 255-260 he will be primarily an edge defender @ this level..... unless we have a hybrid defensive package for 3rd & forever
The local sports radio show here just had one of the Auburn beat writers on and the guy had very good things to say about Oladele. Talked about it being an odd situation - grades were good, was short 1/2 a credit but the visa issues were clouding things. He said the NCAA was dragging their feet on the issue which lead to where we are now. The writer had met Oladele and had high praise for him.
Now here's the part that made me feel even better. The writer and the host of the show both were saying that at least Oladele landed at a high quality football program. The difference that a few seasons of winning will make in perceptions.

Has about the same size as Jackson Dillon. Can see him being more in the Wilson/DE mold.

That video is impressive. He flat blows up some blockers. No idea if they are any good or he just makes them look that bad.

Plus, he'll get a year to get bigger, stronger, older, etc.

Looks to me like this young lad could be a beast on our defense!

I thought they were trying to get him eligible for this year.

They are, and stand a decent chance, but not sure if it will happen or not.
He would've been eligible at Auburn right? Why wouldn't he be eligible here? The VISA?

He went to MIAMI EDISON which should play in a pretty good division in the Miami area. What I remember most about MIAMI EDISON is that when I lived in Florida..back in the 60's...the biggest high school game in the country was the annual MIAMI EDISON vs MIAMI SENIOR HIGH football game. They would pretty much fill up the ORANGE BOWL for that game. I think that traditional game is no longer played but EDISON was always a powerhouse in Florida football back them. My point...I think those teams in the video were probably pretty good ones. Maybe someone from Florida can add some info.
