So far this year, in the second through fourth practices, we've had scouts from the Patriots, Ravens, Seahawks, and Arizona in attendance. We are not sure exactly who they are watching yet, we have several notables, but it's cool to have them here this early.
Word is the Ravens are looking at Hansen, Clifton, Bonner, and Bingham.
Went by CCU practice and saw a guy with a clipboard taking notes wearing a Jets hat and shirt

We've had some at our practices too. I don't remember ever hearing about scouts at practice this early. Maybe it's some new NFL or NCAA policy?
