The building of the $95 million police academy. Just months before the federal government will execute a Consent Decree that basically putting the Chicago police under control the federal government. This because of the egregious violations against the minority communities. So how does funding the campus and buildings make the police more in tune with the community that they serve as you’re being told what and how to do things from Washington DC?

The investigation has shown that it was known that the embassy compound was under attack, military attack from the get go. Not a protest to get coupons from Blockbuster and return of their videos. But for weeks the Obama administration executed a coordinated campaign to cover up their failed foreign-policy and specifically the action that led to the murder of 4 American patriots. They played on their domestic political base’s (your mindset) Islamaphobia concerns. Well beyond the point of returning the bodies and telling the grieving loved ones that the vid producer was going to get his. All lies. Listen to those loved ones.

You don't read well. I said the Obama administration corrected their initial statement to; "It was a terrorist attack". If, you go back and read about the investigation, you will find that the four people killed, were warned not to go there because it was a dangerous situation.
We did not have adequate protection there. This was not an embassy, not even a consulate. That was one of the reasons it did not have adequate protection. Once the compound was under attack, there was no way any forces could be sent in time to help the beleaguered Americans. The nearest forces were in Croatia, Italy, and Spain. The Libyan policy was probably flawed, but there was no cover-up as you suggest. It takes an investigation to find what happened, not jumping to conclusions as republicans did at that time, and as you still believe.

Any non-partisan, expert analysis demonstrates both Obama and Clinton flat-out LIED to victim's families. They knew it had absolutely nothing to do with a tape. It had everything to do with an important election a few months away.
To claim otherwise, is to be drinking the Koolaid and to be a partisan apologist.
This is not - and should not - be a partisan issue. It was a horrible tragedy (an ambassador was murdered!!) and our leaders at the time put their partisan political interests ahead of the best interests of our nation and the families of those who proudly served our nation.

I am NOT a Republican or Democrat. I did NOT vote for Trump and would have supported Joe Biden had Obama and Hillary not railroaded him out of running. Biden would have easily defeated Trump, but that is an issue for another day.
That said, Obama and Clinton told the victim's families the attack was the result of a tape a week after the tragedy when their bodies returned to the United States. The President and Secretary of State knew within a few hours it was a terrorist attack. The "tape" lie was a proverbial "CYA" and the "correction" did not come until it was clear that "CYA" was not gonna cover-up anything.
They thought they could sweep this under the proverbial rug! The murder of a US Ambassador?! The "correction" was nothing more than a "cut our losses" reaction.
It is a fact, not an opinion, the President and Secretary of State knowingly lied to the victim's families. And they did not apologize to the victim's families for telling them wrong information after making the "correction." Granted, it was not a crime, but it highlights their lack of priorities and lack of character.

The Obama Administration's FIRST response to Benghazi was to cover-up. They ran out Susan Rice the NEXT DAY on all the news programs to repeat the LIE that it was all about some YouTube video.
The bodies of our men weren't even cold yet, but all Hillary and Obama cared about was covering their own arses-Hillary had plans to run for the Presidency and those 4 deaths were inconvenient for her campaign.
They needn't have worried, the MSM was in cover-up mode for them and wasn't asking many questions. Just as they did during the campaign they did everything they could to remove the focus and heat from Obama and Hillary.
The best thing to come out of the 2016 campaign was the fact that many Americans no longer trust the MSM to tell the truth or give even-handed coverage of news events. All conservatives I know have turned their back on MSM news broadcasts and never watch them anymore. I haven't watched them in over 25 years, I get all the news I need from trusted sites on the internet-or from friends like gobaseline. I don't have to listen to those Leftist-biased phonies on the MSM anymore.
