Quote:In the second quarter of 2018, Fox News host Laura Ingraham continued to see rising ratings despite losing advertisers and facing some backlash from critics like Parkland survivor David Hogg.

Hogg announced his boycott at the end of March, apparently in an attempt to spite Ingraham for teasing him about his lack of college acceptances.

But despite the attacks, Ingraham had her best quarter yet with an average of 2.654 million total viewers from April to June. Her show, “The Ingraham Angle,” ranked among the top four cable news programs for both total viewers and the key 25-54 age demographic.

According to Nielsen data, Ingraham saw a nearly 10 percent increase among that demographic — rising from 503,000 in the first quarter to 544,000 in the second quarter of 2018.

Those numbers put Ingraham ahead of her colleague, Fox News host Tucker Carlson, as well as MSNBC's “The Last Word with Lawrence O'Donnell.”

I wish she would have had the gumption to run against Tim Kaine. I think she could have beaten the twerp.

Ingraham is great, probably my second favorite show on Fox News at this point behind Hannity (the undisputed king).

Tucker has gotten a little stale, I can only take so much liberal lunacy. It was hilarious at first, but I wish he would take a step back from that model.
They would go after her private life. The Democrats are moralist puritans when it comes to finding dirt in the opponents bedroom....

Neither party lets a good "scandal" go.

But one party sure seems to find people willing to make up a scandal and lie about it.

both do. And if you don't see that you are only lying to yourself
personally, I think she's over the top sanctimonious....

regardless, there's a crowd out there craving that 'voice of reason'.....

from what I've witnessed (which is only a smattering of shows), she's improved tremendously from day 1 to now.....
meh, I can take her or leave her. Hannity's "breaking news' is irritating as hell. Carlson is far more amusing.
Is there anyone more useless in America than David Hogg?

- Maxine Watters
- Nancy Pelosi

- The next "savior" down in the Bronx

I gotta-lots-a-more......
He's been Hogg-tied...

Oh, BS. One party wears scandals like a badge of honor.

I'm with you. Hannity is insufferable in general. Man, do I miss the days of G. Gordon Liddy. That dude could flat out read the newspaper.
Shannon Bream's show is good if you don't want all the theatrics that come with Hannity and Tucker.
Hannity drives me up the wall. His producer gets him great guests, but his questions are stupid. Of course, knowing how that business works, maybe it's by agreeing to ask the stupid questions that he is able to get those guests.

Love him or hate him, but he has lived a very dramatic/interesting life. I’m really surprised no one has written Liddy’s biography. He wrote some memoirs but that’s not the same thing.
