She probably learned all these "tricks" from them.

My grandmother used to say, "verguenza es robar y que te agarren". (Embarrassment is to steal...and get caught". I didn't know my grandma was her grandma too. LOL

I'd agree with that. Make all teachers and "professors" accountable, just like it is in the real work world.
