I am thinking the only reason is they can haul him into Congress anytime.

Except I doubt the big-wigs at the FBI or the DOJ really want to see him testify before Congress. Think of the hot, steaming turds he's capable of lobbing bare-handed directly into their offices if he gets pissed.

Let's see, who's on the record so far in front of Congress......McCabe, Comey, Horowitz, Wray......who else that could he try to throw under the bus to save his own worthless hide?
