Football: Tough call but probably Ricky Sanders. 2x superbowl champ with the Redskins. In Super Bowl XXII he had 9 catches for 193 yards and two TDs and returned 3 kicks for 46 yards. He set Super Bowl records at the time for receiving yards, total yards, TDs in a quarter, receiving yards in a quarter, and longest TD reception.

Basketball: Jeff Foster. Played 13 seasons with the Pacers. Picked 21st in the 1999 draft.

Baseball: Paul Goldschmidt. 5x All-Star. 3x Gold Glove winner. 3x Silver Slugger Award winner. 2x NL MVP runner-up. On an absolute tear right now in June as we speak.

Track & Field: Charles Austin. 3x USA Olympian in the High Jump and the 1996 Gold Medal winner in Atlanta. Also won Gold in the World Championships in 1991, World Indoor Championships in 1997, and World Cup Championships in 1998. He is one of only 4 high jumpers to ever win gold in all 4 of those events in his career. Inducted into the United States Track & Field Hall of Fame in 2012.

Golf: J.L. Lewis. Had two wins on the tour. Had top 30 finishes in every major but the Masters.

Not to mention there's that Hollis Conway guy that held NCAA and US high jump records indoors and out, won a couple of world championships and went to two Olympic games, and Jamaican Olympic sprinter Twilet Malcolm.

My pick for Troy would be Chase Riddle.

Around 1953 The Panama City Flyers were managed by a young player who was also the star of the team. He eventually made it to triple A and then decided to work as a scout for St. Louis. After he retired, he coached Troy to 2 national championships. According to Doc Anderson, he was one of the best running backs Troy ever had. He also played basketball..

He was elected to the Troy Athletic Hall Of Fame on the first ballot, I think that is right.

We've had 2 football players enshrined in the College Football Hall of Fame, for a program that's only been playing since 1982.

Tracy Ham also played for a coach that arguably should be in the HoF as well. So a HoF QB playing under a HoF level coach......how often does that happen? Especially when the program is just beginning.
