With rain currently forecasted between 11:00am - 4:00pm.
There’s a blob of rain with no clear vector on the radar sitting right off of Biloxi right now.

Some of it looks like just plain rain, no thunder/lightning, but there are some brighter reds/yellows imbedded further offshore.
Per Weatherbug, lightning is 12 miles away from Biloxi. However it doesn’t tell how far from the stadium.
It also forecasts rain from 12-2, with low chances after that through Sunday evening.
4-2 UTSA after 3.

It’s been raining most of the game.

Ugh, and the rain wasn't supposed to start 'til 11:00am. Team left for the park at around 9:30am. I fear there's going to be a lot of sitting and standing around; similar to Wednesday.
Once a tight game, Charlotte is now breaking it open against UTSA, leading 10-4 in top of the 7th, scoring 5 runs with 2 outs in the 7th. UTSA is out of pitching, and it shows with flurry of gifted runs (walks, HBP, WPs and an untimely error). Not sure Charlotte has enough pitching left to force USM to a 2nd game...but they do have a good offense, so who knows.

Looks like our game won't start before 1:00pm at the earliest.
Isn’t there a maximum number of games a team can play in one day? If so, and Charlotte forces a second game, won’t it have to be played Sunday?

Correct.
Best case then would be for us and Charlotte to win today.
Looks like we will be starting around 1:30

Guess they have their foot on the gas. Game starting now.
Both teams strand a leadoff walk. After 1:
FAU 0 0 0
Rice 0 1 0
Does anyone know who the lone fan behind home plate, wearing Rice paraphrenalia, is?
Ooh, cool. Sashay hit a double and sarcheted into second!

I believe it's Rick Mello. He was on the other side of the aisle yesterday,
1-0 Rice after two!!

All I see is:

On second thought, that was a more appealing view :(
