So he is alleging libel and/or slander, I presume ?

Isn't that kind of hard to prove in a court of law ?

Any legal gurus here ? I don't even play one on tv myself.

It's extremely hard for a public official.
Dana Loesch- another hot, smart conservative who infuriates liberals. Love her too!

So in other words, he is upset someone is criticizing him and he wants to use his position of authority to bully someone to shut up ?

Yep, typical government employee right there.

It’s literally impossible to prove when the “slander” is true. Truth is a 100% rock solid defense against a slander suit.
What a d-bag that chief is.
Neither here nor there, but I have also noticed many police chiefs are also gun grabbers.

Heck, the Memphis Police chief got out on the bridge w/ the BLM idiots and linked arms with them to get them down. The leader of the Memphis chapter of BLM had warrants and the police chief is out there arm & arm with him during their protest. Of course, all that was him probably doing what he could to stop the protest and get the bridge open because he knew the governor had already ordered the TN Nat Guard and some state troopers to head that way with no intention of fooling around with the BLM idiots.
Watching stupid people argue is always fun.

Dana Loesch isn't stupid, trust me.
Wasn't he from Austin? Maybe he needs to go back and take his leftist BS with him. Houston isn't the place for that.

Most major city police chiefs are liberals otherwise the liberals that run the city wouldn't hire them.

Sounds like they are typical, run of the mill bureaucrats who get to wear a fancy uniform and play "cop".
