Little Rock beat ASU this afternoon 6-2, but the victory did nothing to help them in the SBC seeding. They have made a dizzying fall from a possible #2 seed as the western division champion, to a play-in team as the #7 seed in just two weeks!

Now that they are forced to use a pitcher in the play-in game, can they risk not using Fidel in the first game and hope they can get into the double elimination field? Dicey business, as if a team loses the play-in game, they are finished.

And to make it worse, unless things change, you're going to face Georgia State and their Ace Hunter Gaddis on Tuesday. You'll almost have to start Fidel to have any chance against Gaddis. Panthers are very vulnerable outside of him, and really have no choice.

Though, the alternative to Georgia State is facing us again on Tuesday, which probably isn't desirable for either of us.

Any way you slice it, Little Rock is going to pay for its poor showing the last two weeks!
