AWESOME news! Thanks for posting.

Gotta beat the Blue!

It may be wishful thinking, but wouldn't it be GREAT to beat the wretched SOB's in BOTH football AND hockey this fall?!

Be a Bronco - BASH the BLUE!
We also continue our rival games vs Ferris "is not a" state which im glad and also we play another home and home vs BUGS.

We have a home series vs Niagara from atlantic hockey who which we should absolutely destroy.

Im curious to know which tournament we will play in.

The tournament is rumored to be the Ice Vegas Invitational. The first was held this year in early January.

All it took was Berenson to GFH and a year later, voila.
Vegas is the Xmas tournament iv'e heard . Michigan is going to be pretty good this year they have lost their top two scorers but have a solid recruiting class coming in . Niagria won't be as bad as you think , they have let some players go that were not good enough and i like their head coach. I have also heard our recruiting class is going to be bigger than the 4 seniors we lost so who know's on that front

Niagara is a bottom feeder Atlantic Hockey league team, if we don't beat them soundly, we have issues.

yes the team will be playing in the vegas tourney first of the year i believe
For those that complain they miss the regional rivals from the CCHA, from the CCHA we play Michigan, Bowling Green St, Ferris St, and Miami of Ohio this year. Couple in a series vs North Dakota and Niagra, and that's about half a CCHA schedule right there.

Also, I wonder what finally convinced UofM to at least do a home-and-home with us?

My guess is that some Red Berensen clause at UM finally expired.
