Central Michigan received a verbal commitment today from DT Joe Tingelhoff (6-2, 300) of Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy by way of Ellsworth (Wisc.) HS. He will join the Chippewas 2018 class as a PWO.
Tingelhoff is the grandson of Minnesota Vikings Hall of Fame center Mick Tingelhoff, who played in the NFL from 1962-78.
