Is Gary in the Auburn University's HOF? His radio broadcast description of the 1972 Iron Bowl "Punt Bama Punt" game is the one most fans remember.

A quick search of Google (a search utility) does not mention any occurrence.

Calling one game 46 years ago does not get you into the Hall of fame. I think he was the Auburn broadcaster for less than 10 years.

11 years. Even then there is no indication Auburn has a athletics Hall of Fame.
