Asked for and was granted his release. However, according to Verbal Commits he still has "medium" interest in us, as well as UT-Martin and Canisius who have also offered him. If there is still mutual interest, it will be interesting to see what happens in the next week or two.

Albany has offered Melkisedek Moreaux (6’7, F, 2018) of Northeast CC
If we are still interested, he really hasn't gotten a better offer. But, he probably will if he waits a little longer.

I have no clue who Walker may be recruiting, but my guess is that he will not necessarily go after the same guys Flanigan was recruiting. Therefore, anything that you see on verbal commits that has been there a while, might well have no relevance at this point.

I tend to agree that we are likely no longer recruiting Moreaux. But, like all of us I have no clue what is going on with regard to recruiting or putting a staff together. I do strongly believe that Darrell needs to add a coach with DI recruiting experience, preferably in this part of the country.

It’s interesting to me to see who else is interested in him. I think he was considered our best recruit and there doesn’t seem to be a lot of interest. Indiana State is probably better known than us but we’ve been relavent since they have. And Luke you said, there hasn’t been much else to discuss

Add one more: 2018 Northeast CC (NE) F Melkisedek Moreaux has received an offer from Portland State.
Obviously, he is not getting offers from anyone that is really much better than us. However, most of the major schools pretty much have their recruiting completed by this point.
