Pretty sure St Mary's is coming to Cruces, 4 games vs UNM and Utep.

Would be great for Aggies & Cruces if St. Mary's makes the trip. A $100K buyout in their place isn't half-bad, either. Haha
SU will also be playing Eastern Washington, presumably in Cheney. The rivalry has gone to single year games rotating across the state instead of H/H per season it seems. Waiting to see about Washington. Not sure if Mike Hopkins wants to keep the rivalry going. They played last year as part of the 2K Classic so who knows wwhat the future holds. Hope it keeps up but not much benefit for UW. Only was played because of Romar/Dollar relationship before.

Confirmed:
at Portland
vs Washington State
at Eastern Washington

Possible:

Washington (could be home or "away")
at Nicholls State (return trip)

No return game scheduled for Idaho State or UC Riverside, confirmed. Nice to see SU getting Big Sky and Big West schools to come to SU just for a game here, not a H/H
Roos will play at Kansas State and Loyola Chicago. So thats an elite 8 team and final 4.
UTRGV still has Oklahoma posted for Nov. 9, in Edinburg.

Will new arena be built and ready by then? Or will it be at the field house?

The game HAS to be played at the new arena. I don't think oklahoma will come down other wise. It's supposed to be done by the end of next month.

We also have 2 games against corpus guaranteed.
NMSU:

NMSU plays Kansas @ at the Sprint Center in KC Dec 8th, NMSU will get 90K

Home and Home contract with Washington State. First Game in LC Dec 1st, 2019 Dec 7th in Pullman.

Plus the the 4 rivalry games with UNM and UTEP.
NMSU was supposed to play at Kentucky in basketball as part of a football agreement. NMSU football played Kentucky two years ago (2016). I wonder when Kentucky is going to honor that contract and schedule NMSU in basketball?
Those are some good gets for NMSU. But are they really playing at Wazzu Dec 7th and then vs Kansas the next night on Dec 8?

The game on December 7th isn't until 2019.

The way it was tweeted, it was a little hard to understand. But from what I can tell, we play WSU in the PAC on December 1, 2018 and the follow up game is December 7, 2019 in Pullman, WA.

St. Mary's
@ Colorado State
Washington State
Kansas (in KC)
and, our 4 four games against UNM and UTEP. That accounts for 24 games now (8 OOC games, 16 WAC games). Jans has about 6 more games to schedule.
Ah that makes more sense. I'll change that on the main list.
Anxious to see if GCU schedules any other tough teams. This last years schedule was a joke with almost all home games vs. cupcake teams with losing records. IMO that was one of the things that hurt them in the WAC. If GCU wants to be taken seriously enough with all the home games. Need to see road games vs. tough competition.

Nice New Mexico State can get use to the Sprint Center for the WAC tournament in 202004-cheers Should be a tough environment for nmsu. Good experience and nice scheduling. UMKC can't schedule the big time local teams in KC after we beat kstate by 40 one year. Now we play at their gyms.

Very good scheduling. Home games with WSU, St. Mary's, UNM and UTEP. That is a better non-conference home schedule than Gonzaga had this year. The $90,000 money game at Kansas is damn good. That will be good for the RPI with a loss, it will be fantastic for the RPI with a win.
