I cannot determine if our defense is better or offense worse or combination thereof.

IF our defense is dominant it is because of one of 3 reasons.
1. They are better
2. They are ahead of the offense early in the season
3. Poor quarterback play
I know this seems obvious, but I think our defense will be better but I can't imagine them being dominant. The offense will be improved at offensive line, running back, tight end, will be good for sure but maybe not amazing at wide receiver, and who knows about quarterback. I can't imagine that our defensive line would have its way against our offensive line, but it might be good if our quarterbacks aren't getting rid of the ball quickly or are being indecisive.
I would think that if we have above average quarterback play, our offense should be terrific.

I expect we will be really good again and the AZ transfer wins the job over Moore by game one. Based on an interaction I saw with Mike and Brady Davis at a scrimmage last year; I doubt he will be the selection. I think we are as good as quarterback play, and I think that will be another fun year.

Normal pattern for spring practice. Offense starts out very conservative, and timing is off. Defense starts out dominating. As practices progress, offense improves. Hard to read much from it - just have faith in the staff working the process.
