Like everything I do in life it’s an evaluation of benefits vs. expense. I’ve gotten a lot of both of both out of UC sports. Can’t deal with miserable fans going forward.
I’ve been in a negative emotional spot for years with all of UCs programs and their periphery of fandom. No bueno. That’s it for me.

I've cut back on sports viewing in general the last few years, but will always be a UC fan.. I don't get to games much though
Come Monday I'll be looking myself in the mirror and figuring out the best path forward. This is too much.

Rath and Billy, I hope you change your mind about leaving the board permanently. It's a long offseason. This board doesn't cost you money, but time at the keyboard, yes. Take a good, long vacation and focus on what is most important. It certainly isn't sports. I'm going to do the same. Need to take my kids fishing more...

I don't get crazy about the losses anymore. That was for my youth. I don't blame some fans for their reaction to this latest debacle though. This was absolutely ridiculous and preventable. I still watch, but I don't as much as I used to. I am not sure at this point that Mick can do any better. Ceiling? It sure looks like it.
