Some strange calls down the stretch and if I not mistaken I think out Terry Wymer (MAC ref) is the main culprit!

The "5 point possession" late in the game was huge for Michigan. Props to Poole...what a buzzer beater!

If the Houston kid makes the FTs Coogs win regardless of officiating.

Michigan is going to have to play a lot better offensively to go any further.

Too bad.

This. But if it was a MAC official making the calls you can bet he was trying to use his appearance on the 'big stage' to elevate his status. He'll probably be working Big 10 games next season, as a big 'Thanks!' from UM.

Uh, you might try and know what you're talking about before inserting your foot into your mouth. Wymer is not a "MAC Official." He and many of the other officials (Bo Borowski, Simpson, etc.) regularly work B10 games and other high major games, as well as working MAC games.

There is no group of "MAC Officials" as all of them are assigned games in many different conferences. I know that the "MAC officials" is a great talking point but it is false.

I realize that MHB. Call it the curse of a Bronco fan that actually attends the Bronco games. I've seen Wymer many times at UA so in my mind he is a MAC official. Anyway, call him what you want, I'll call him a terrible ref and one that I've seen in THAT role many, many times. Point is...he refs a lot of MAC games.
