If we were going to name a "player of the decade" for the 10's, would it be Desonta? If not who would it be? Starting in the 90s it would be:

90s - Jennings (even though he spilled in from the late 80s)
00s - Wadood
10s - Bradford
I would say Cromer, but Bradford was around longer and won POTY.
My vote is Desonta, easy. Mostly because of the sheer volume of work and consistency.
With that said....in 3 years I think it'll be a certain freshman player of the year...
Desonta is hands down my favorite. He played with such humility and poise. He was such a clutch player the majority of the time, and although his trey dropped off this year and he was not fond of the mid-range jumper, he could essentially do it all...shoot, drive, dunk, pass, rebound, steal. It was a pleasure to watch him for four years. I hope he enjoys some time off that ankle and has an opportunity to continue his basketball career professionally to his satisfaction.

Are you talking fan favorite or? I mean like him or hate him..
Not sure how Smith isn't a head of Wadood, heck I might
even pick Pigram 2nd and Wadood 3rd in the 00's.

Also Jennings would be the 80's I think
87-88
88-89
89-90
91-92 (only 1 full season in the 90's)

I would slot Silvers into the 90's spot.
Curtis Wilkinson
JC Ward.

It would be 1 of those 3. I chose Wadood just because he sort of did it all and also thought him being an honorable mention all-american gave him a leg up.

in 00's.. Silvers and Pelphery are really all I can think of, I can't think of anyone else I would consider, am I missing someone? I guess maybe Talford? he split the two decades.
Greg Stephens
Meco Childress (split the 90s and 00s)

Although the article below mentions Tim Smith and Courtney Pigram, POY Mike Smith (2011) is probably the only serious contender with Bradford.

MIke Smith POY

Typo meant 90's of course.

Desonta makes AP honorable mention all american. Is he the first we have had since Wadood or did Smith make it?

Edit: looks like Pigram made it back in 2007.
Never heard of this one.....but:

Bradford also makes mid-major All-American team

Looks like he may possibly be in San Antonio for that, anyway (meaning he could have joined the 3-on-3 if he wanted, possibly?). Moot point, tho, I guess.
Why not? If you're registered with Mid-Major Madness, start an avalanche.

Mario Stramaglia.

For real though, I would have a hard time taking Bradford over Mike Smith for 2010's. Dude was a beast.

I think Mike Smith only played 1 season in the 10’s. 10-11 I think. Season before he sat out with a medical redshirt.
2000 to 2010 has to be Chris slip mitchell
