Well we were separated from South Florida for about eight seasons while we were stuck in C-USA without them.

And while your point is well taken, who knows if Pastner would have lost to them or not before 2014.

It's just a matter of timing at this point, folks. TS may indeed coach us again for another year, but I can assure you nobody in the ivory tower is happy with the current state of affairs.

In the meantime, we lowly fans just have to nut up and hang on for a while longer.

The problem is; he wins one, ONE decent effing game (Houston) and gets all chippy about it. Piles up a stack of wins against bad teams. You've got BAM out there trying to be tweet monster getting frosty. Then he loses to effing USF? At home?

That entire staff needs to STFU and (a) recruit and (b) coach instead of telling us how great they are and that they know what they're doing.

I think it's a bit too late now though UNLESS they can pull 2-3 rabbits out of their hat for the 2018 recruiting class; as-in 2-3 Top 100 recruits.
