Eh. It will either be a day game and a 1,000,000 degrees and we will need to wear white to not melt or it will be a night game and the white will pop under the lights.

I got a feeling there will be more tech fans then ODU season ticketholders at the game. I remember JMU came in strong when they came to town.

There's also the fact that there are a lot of tech grads who wear blue each Saturday. Remember the first year, there were Hokie stuff everywhere. Eventually people bought ODU stuff. That and it will be tempting for season ticket holders to sell their tickets this game for this biggest ROI.

That just plain stinks. Monarch fans . . . fill the seats and give our guys the best chance of competing. Let's make our place loud in our favor. I hate the fact that some folks would sell their Tech tickets (something we've been waiting a long time for) so that they can pay for their VMI tickets. If you're going to sell them, try to find an ODU fan to sell them to.
If we played UVA or Tech in basketball, it'd be the same way. Why I laugh when I read all the bs on here about the great fan support we get. A lot of folks would sell us down the river in a minute. One of my kids (VT GRAD) has already asked for the tickets; not pleased with my answer.

It's bad luck to schedule Homecoming vs a good team, but ODU also can't seem to beat Middle Tennessee anyways. So maybe this is an attempt to multiply negatives to get a positive (the win).
I think that's awesome. I get why you'd schedule a W for Homecoming. But screw that. Aim high.
