I guess his plan to get more playing time by calling out the coach was not a good plan?

Jeeeeez.

The coach doesn't care for your game and he is probably wishing you would just go away. Player makes a stupid post,,,,,well he just made it easy for the coach.

Shrug
Who is surprised.
He’s expendable. If it had been Rivers, he wouldn’t have played in the second half .

If he was worth a flip on the court, he would have no complaints about playing time.

Who knew?
I was shocked, his mother sad he would do better if he played more. I thought Tubby would listen to her.

Another coach would have gotten buried for this, micromanaging would be the term used.

I just wonder if this thing with #Freelik had something to do with playing err'body and his mama tonight.
Did anyone get passed ovah?
I'm thinking Tubby planned to play the walk-ons too, but it got a bit close there at the end

Rhodes erred by expressing his frustration publically, but it would be intresting to read or hear his side of the story. For example, were promises made but broken?

College kids don’t have the market cornered on immaturity. Malik would fit right in on mt.org.

There is no his side of the story. And Malik isn't the only kid that needs to learn this.
Tubby is the coach. Malik is a snot-nosed kid who was a back up point guard on a mediocre team and lucky to be here. He should have been bending over backwards doing everything he can to follow the coach's instructions and make his team better.
Instead Malik, and his mother, are on social media starting a campaign against his coach's decisions. Does Malik think he going to take over the basketball program? Will his tirade open Tubby's eyes to the error of his ways? Does Mama think she's doing anyone any favors? And, does poor little 'Lik deserve any more time anyway?
