Which coaches would activate the transfer rule? Only HCs, or could an assistant coach (OC, DC, favored position coach) trigger this new rule? With the legion of coaches a major program now employs, this could be important. What if a coach is not fired (or retires) but is just reassigned within a program (EX: made the new AD)?
