Per wikipedia...
"Teams are seeded by conference record, with ties broken by record between the tied teams followed by record against the regular-season champion, if necessary."
could you imagine if that was the case- if Temple beats Tulsa, their game with Houston would pretty much guarantee Houston a tourney bid with a win you would think.

pg 24 of that 2nd link . You'll be sorry you asked lol.
Basically right now in the Houston /WSU situation. Since they split head to head it goes to the records vs. No1 , then No2 and down the line until the tie is broken . Houston gets the 2 right now because of WSU loss to SMU

Of course. It is funny though because UC and UConn have literally played every year of the American conference tourney. All 4 years. Honestly, with UC ending up as likely either #1 or #2 seed, there is a good chance we might play them again as they will probably be in that 7-10 range if I had a guess.

LOL. I was about to post "UC-UCONN: Round 5"
It wouldn't be an AAC Tourney without a game between UC and UCONN.
I still have nightmares about that 3rd OT
Watched that game at our pool cabana in vegas for my bachelor party. Literally went from going absolutely nuts to...WTF are you kidding my in 2 seconds. It was unbelievable. We've had to deal with a couple of those 3/4 court shots costing us games over the years (Miles Simon drilled one against Fortson and company). Hell Tulsa nailed one a little shorter than that at the end of the first half against us at Tulsa that year and we lost in OT.

Yup...that team lost games in some crushing ways. Even the end of the NCAA tourney game vs St. Joe was crushing....
