Kudos for getting an ACC team to travel to Ruston. Will be pulling for you guys to beat the Wolf Pack.
Wow that's great! Very nice LT

“Tech will be guaranteed $1.1 million for its 2021 visit to N.C. State, a fair market value meeting before the teams begin a home-and-home series 2024 and 2025. To make room for that road game, Louisiana Tech athletic director Tommy McClelland told The News-Star Monday that the moved the 2021 home date with Baylor to Week 3 of the 2023 season.”

NC State has been pretty good about traveling to "G5" schools over the years.
Don't love the fact that the home game is the last of the series. Glad to get a P5 home game though. Overall I think this was a pretty good deal.

Yep. They're coming to The Joan this year.
Sure hope they don't buy out the home game. Seems like that's what always happens with our P5 home games.

I'd be surprised. They play at Marshall this year and played at EZU in 2016, at ODU and at South Alabama in 2015, at South Florida in 2014, etc. They seem to play at one "G5" every year, which is a lot better than most "P5" teams. Respect for that.

I think the Pack will probably will request to move the game out to 2028 or 2029 but will play @La Tech instead of buying the game out. If La Tech won't move it, then a buyout is likely. The reason for the requested move, NCSU already has an away game @ND in 2025, @Vandy 2026 and @Texas Tech 2027. Typically NCSU tries to have either seven home games or six with a neutral site. I remember when I would plan road trips to future away games, now I have to wonder if I will still be around or able to go to these future games. My how time flies. 04-cheers
