This is what you get with tubby. A nice little scrappy team that will always make you think that they have a chance by winning the little battles or getting a small winning streak occasionally (fools gold),,, but you'll never be in or have a chance to be at the levels that Memphis fans know are possible.

Just think some people are willing to bet the history and tradition of a top 25 all-time program on a coach that's willing to bet the Tigers future on a slapped together squad of low level players. Thank goodness we have Jeremiah Martin playing Memphis level ball, but shouldn't he have or know that Penny and a squadron of other Memphis players are on the way to help him lift us back up to prominence. It's scary and ridiculous to think that our entire programs immediate survival is tied up in a good yet unsung player's consistency

You may have spoke too soon. Tulsa is a bad team and we normally play better in the 2nd half.

Trying to stay interested in this team, but honestly they aren’t very good so it’s really difficult to care. The only reason I still do is I have loved my university all my entire life.

But man it’s a struggle.
