Yep that’s what I heard too.
Remember reading that CD Daniels wasn’t worried about OVing to us bc he had been on campus quite a bit, could’ve been somebody else or I’m just wrong. Assuming someone insisted he take the OV, helps that he’s visiting at same time with Starling.

Have you heard anything on Isaiah Forte?
And do you know if Kingston Davis and TaDarryl Marshall (both announced transfers) have enrolled?
Last I saw on Forte was an In home visit from the Citadel a couple days ago.
I saw the Independence CC twitter account claiming they signed guys to UAB in Dec. Somebody called them out on Twitter for that being a false statement , and Davis replied with “Facts”. Not sure if that means anything. But... I’ve been here thinking for the past 2 yrs we’ve spent the most time at Independence U than at any other juco and led for a lot of kids and have yet to sign anybody from out there. It’s fishy. Not saying it means anything at all, still weird we can’t convince one of 10-15 recruits to sign with us from out there. Davis was the exception and he didn’t sign.
Seen and heard nothing on Marshall.

Still feel we need that fourth RB. Only confident about Brown and Street. some feel Davis fits mold more of a FB than RB. I say that not knowing what Tinch is gonna do and if he’s still committed. Coates was was most complete RB prospect we were after, too.

Isaiah Washington just set up an OV to Southern Miss. We kick their ass on the field and they return the favor on the recruiting trail.

Tinch is still committed. Might be a JUCO guy.

I hope he is happy finishing no better than 10th place in the SEC. These are the ones we need to start keeping home!
We really need a strong class this year to get things balanced out and keep the momentum going, but it doesnt seem like that is happening.

No doubt about that. Auburn has talked about the "Auburn Family" for as long as I can remember. On UAB's behalf, I do think they are more sincere and real about it than most.
