While I am a big fan of UCF as national champs narrative, if we're utilizing the NCAA recognition as the basis for our claim, the Tide are the consensus champs while we are co-champs. Therefore, they have a much larger share of the championship than us.

I'm okay with UCF and Alabama being referred to as "2017 Co-National Champions." If you want to use polls and computer rankings to argue that Bama has a "larger share," okay, great, but you can't dismiss the fact that Bama did not win its division, did not win its conference, and did not beat Auburn, all things that UCF accomplished.
