A quick look at Rocket opponents to whom we lost shows a 49-20 overall record.
Syracuse. 12-2
Kansas. 11-2
Marshall. 11-4
Wright. 10-5
Cornell. 5-7
Apart from Cornell, none of those losses look too bad.

To be fair even the most rabid anti-K poster here is basing their opinion on his body of work, not on five losses from this year.
For me, the key is how well do we finish in the MAC. Have really only had 1 team that challenged for a MAC tournament championship so far. If we finish on the plus side of .500 and go a couple games deep in the conference tournament again, that would be good. A sub .500 finish and a first round loss, not so good. Looking longer term, we lose Fletcher next season, only have 1 scholly left to give in the spring, and we lose Sanford & Navigato after next season. That’s why I think TK needs to start having better results, as the term of his current contract comes to a close.
I think the Jackson's have potential; they need a big man. As it always is.

This is a good Toledo team. The addition of Willie Jackson may be the depth needed to make Toledo very competitive. If they gel through MAC play, a MAC tourney championship is not out of the question. I look forward to the maturation of the young point guards throughout the season. Further hard work from Adway, and others doing a nice job in their role will be key. Hopefully, they work hard in practice to give coach K the confidence to allow himself a deep bench.

They get plenty of rest on the defensive end.
