Flatearthers are the most delusional of conspiracy nuts. Imagine the complexity it would take to intentionally dupe an entire planet of people into believing the earth is round when actually was flat? If that is not enough? Why would such a conspiracy be necessary and for what purpose? You really have to be another level of gullible to support this BS.

Flat earthers would tell you that it's a conspiracy against God and religion. I'm not a flat earth person, but I also don't believe most of the scientifically accepted concepts of how the universe works relative to distances, rotational speed, etc. I do believe that "photos" of the planet are very altered, if not completely fake. Scientist tell you the planet is actually a little pear shaped, not a perfect circle, yet the "photos" show a perfect circle, so one or the other has to be incorrect.

The Earth isn't pear shaped. It presses in at the poles and bulges at the equator. The difference is very minute and you can't tell by the naked eye. It takes very precise measurements to be able to tell. So the pictures, which also show the atmosphere will seem to be spherical.

That link even says that the change in radius from being a sphere is 6km. Very small.

line 4 all day and the eighth one.....I had to apply that to myself a 'few' times growing up....
over time, some simply realize running headfirst into a brick wall isn't best method if they want to achieve their goals....
there's always going to be those that don't have that capacity.....it's reducing the number that can and are willing is where the dems should be focusing their energy.....
it's why I will never vote left until that changes.....

You can shake your head all you want, but I find things like the multiple admissions in that video that we have never left low earth orbit to be fascinating. Why would Obama, as well as NASA scientist, make statements about achieving the ability to conquer the Van Allen Belt with manned flights when we already did that almost 50 years ago?
