Question. If you are in a loud bar and a female friend walks up and puts her arm around your waist and then leans against you, placing her breast against you, can you file sexual harassment charges? Just wondering.

This dredging up of 40 year old (non rape) stuff just boggles the mind......and the PC crowd running with it........

I mean, we've got stories coming out with "He put his arm around my waist and squeezed - twice". I'm thinking, okay........and this is sexual assault??

I guess there is a segment of society wanting to weaponize every time a male touches a female and call it assault.

Real sexual assault and forcing a women to do things against her will is totally unacceptable, but all this rush to be "me too" is getting old.

The Weinstein accusations are totally legit, but some of this other stuff is just.........

If this woman was my boss, would it make a difference?

If I were her boss and she was angling for a promotion. Would it make a difference?

When can I file?

You realize some women are guilty everyday? Should men start filing complaints or just look the other way? Should men wait until the woman lands in a high place and file the complaint 20 years later.

Heyall no....I take her out back with her hand in one and the other arm raised in triumph.....

I know.....I've done it (on more than one occasion)

my fave was one asking me, "can I be forward with you?" (as she placed her hand between my legs)......didn't say a word, grabbed that hand, and trotted her out the door as the other eyeballs were simply like doe in headlights....

another was ~5th inning in the right field roost..... some blonde biggly ta-ta'd bimbo from cali faceplants one w/o warning.....

Exactly, and some of these women who are hollering harassment now, rather enjoyed the attention way back when. This is a bunch BS. Women bait some of theses guys to get what they want. It's as old as time. Then they cry foul way later. This don't end well for men, women, demarcates or republicans. I see right through the BS.

Women only enjoy it if you have an erection. If your limp dick is pressed against their waist, that may be harassment.

Those types (the put his arm around my waist at a picture taking ceremony) are sick miserable people who are all about themselves and how they feel at the moment. If that sticks with you so much that you have to complain a dozen years later, you must be miserable all the time.

And they really do a disservice to the ones who actually are harassed or assaulted.

This is so very simple. If you are guilty, then you are cooked. If you arent, fight it and make the accuser pay.

Dont be a cuck boy. Why is this confusing.
27 years ago, when I was 18, I had a female supervisor (in her late 30s) grab my junk at work. She totally played it off as if she was being helpful, "you had a piece of lint on your pants-- heehehe", but it was a complete grab and hold of the snake for several seconds.

I wasn't attracted to her, I didn't complain to anyone--- basically I laughed it off and told some of my friends about it.

It happened to me too. A married woman 15 years older did the same thing to me. I laughed it off and told her that her husband would kill us both. I guess I should go ruin her life or see if the deal is still on the table. Lol

Usually someone pays them to complain 20 years to late. One of Trumps complainers is on tape receiving a $200,000.00 offer to accuse. Tape will be released in January.

Some rather strange results.

Reminds me of the Today show this morning talking about a woman who was complaining about Matt Lauer. They had an admittedly consensual relationship. But now, years later, after it was over, she decides it was wrong because she was "only" 24.

Why would they even mention that?

Well, find out if she has any money first. Why waste your or anyone else’s time otherwise?

I was 15, working as a waiter. Two young ladies 22-24? Wrote on my 50$ bill “tip” that I had a nice ass and to come see them on the front porch of the hotel I worked/lived at and they were staying, later that evening.

They plied me with beer and shots, I’ve never recovered or been the same... found out what a diaphragm was though...

Quite good looking too, bet both of them “married up”, maybe I should explore this.

Hmmmmmm.

Didn't Obamacare raise the age of responsibility to 26?
