He hits the key point. All of these lawsuits are about validation, not discrimination.
Expect that this particular person will be demonized somewhere in this thread by the very people who purport to support his cause.
The battle between gays and normal people is tantamount to the door to door salesman jamming his foot between the door and the jamb. That's what gays want. For that reason you start seeing outrageous scenes where very young students are dosed with pro-gay propaganda. They want to normalize their deviancy and unfortunately many have succumbed to it.

It's sad really but the Bible doesn't lie as it tells us this would happen.

not trying to derail......but since you brought it up.....one could extrapolate to atheism or any other cultural imbalance.....

too many hinge on emotion these days.....it's one of the many 'whys' various cults/cultures/governance have come and gone over time...

I'll leave it at that....
Well gee, common sense. It will never work for the left. They have no clue what it means.

Tolerance is not enough some require affirmation.
Yes, there are about 100 Gay men who think that Gays should be thrown out of their jobs for being Gay, should be denied services for the same reasons, etc...

Out of about 14 million out Gay men.
If a baker refuses to bake a wedding cake for a gay couple based on his or her religious beliefs, that gay couple should go to a baker who will bake one for them. Nobody should be compelled to go against their religious beliefs.

If you don't like how a particular business treats you, then take your money to a similar business and give them your patronage. Plain and simple.
This is not about a cake.

I know. It's about one's freedom of speech and freedom of religion.

Where was this anger and attitude towards the MSNBC announcer that wrote a hate filled attack at the gay community? Oh wait, she is a liberal announcer and she apologized. Got it.

this....

ol' boy had no problem providing the cake....

it was his talent as an artist that is being questioned.....I can't discern how that's any different than slavery other than the USD side of the equation....

I'll be shocked (and scarily disappointed) if the SCOTUS favors for the plaintiffs....

Exactly, when this writer apologizes, THEN we can discuss it.

It's about forcing the gay agenda down the throats of those who oppose it.

That's the way incrementalism works. Introduce something starting off small and when enough people don't object because they aren't paying enough attention ratchet up the exposure until it gets to the point that it's so pervasive people simply accept it as commonplace. If we are to believe the media and Hollyweird everyone is gay. Almost every new show has elements of it.

I've even succumbed to it myself. When I was younger I hated gays. I no longer hate gay people but I still hate homosexuality itself. I still find it an abomination.

Yes, it certainly is. (I was being pretty broad; you were being more specific. We're on the same side, though.)

I should have stated "It's ALSO about forcing..." 04-cheers
